Project based, relationship focused
We work on a project basis worldwide.
We package our relationships into accountable projects. We don’t pitch. We don’t even have a salesforce. Our clients come to us. We spend time getting clear on what needs to be done and design a process to deliver. Our process is our proposal.
The secret we’ve found to managing positioning and total branding projects is to design a phased project Road Map, laying out the aim, process, deliverables, dependencies, costs and timings for each phase. We present Road Maps as a simple A3 document, a discipline making them easy to review by all stakeholders up to the CEO. We then roadshow our plan across the organisation before we start. This achieves total stakeholder buy-in. We sometimes include go / no go gates between phases, especially on major change projects where commercial and consumer validation is vital.
We then assign a Project Team. We call this the Project Circle. The Circle and client are managed by a Project Director, who acts as our key point of contact throughout the project. The Project Circle can include world research, strategy, creative, production and project management talent throughout or in select phases. All project documentation is updated daily on our secure online file centre Skynet, enabling access to content anytime, anywhere.
Every branding project at Voko gets a Brand Space virtually. The benefit of creating a sovereign innovation space for a branding project is we can literally paste the walls with research data, cultural references, strategic insights and ideas, creative content and anything relevant and inspiring to the project. The aim is to create a totally immersive space for the client and agency team to collaborate and imagine the future.
As a world agency working zero geography we employ the latest multi-party, cross-market communications technologies, like video conferencing and VOIP, all designed to increase touch time and reduce unnecessary travel time. |
